After falling into a diabetic coma she is visited by the spirit of Indigenous running legend Tom Longboat (Asivak Koostachin)\, who helps her to change her lifestyle and becomes her wise-cracking new life coach and personal trainer. \nEqual parts funny and touching\, this moving film perfectly captures grief\, family\, and triumph as Beck faces her mother’s death\, allowing her to reconnect with her heritage.
